Research data

Mezuri uses your research answers, completion path, duration and acquisition attribution for the stated study. First-party identifiers support sessions and repeat-response handling. Research is pseudonymous, not completely anonymous. Optional giveaway exposure is recorded without an email address.

Draw contact data

Draw entry is optional. Your email is encrypted and stored separately from your answers. It is used only to verify and administer the draw and contact winners, not for marketing. A keyed email identifier prevents duplicate entries under the campaign rules.

Pending contact records expire after two days. Ordinary draw contact records are removed 30 days after the applicable cycle or campaign closes, except while winner and reserve administration remains unresolved. Prize fulfilment may require further controller review. Historical public entry codes and non-contact draw audit records remain.

Withdrawing before a draw removes your entry from winner eligibility and removes its recoverable email from the active application. A keyed duplicate-prevention record remains until 30 days after closure. Encrypted backups expire under the backup retention policy; deleted records can remain there temporarily. Restores must reapply withdrawals before reopening the service.

Security logs

Separate security logs may include IP address, request path, time, status and user agent for abuse prevention and operational security. Ordinary access logs are retained for 30 days. Research answer records do not contain raw IP addresses.
